The wait is over—spring is here, and it’s time to thaw out and kick off the season in style! Join us at Catamount OFC for an unforgettable day of community, recreation, education. All proceeds from this event support Catamount  OFC, the nonprofit responsible for managing the events, programs and trails at the Catamount Community Forest (CCF).

Free 1/2 Day membership for all moms on May 11th from 12pm to 4pm.

1-hour free bike demo for moms (first come, first serve) on May 11th from 12pm to 4pm.

10% off Annual Memberships to moms on May 11th from 12pm to 4pm.

Event Details:

• Time: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

• Location: Catamount Outdoor Family Center

• General Admission: FREE for members! Suggested donation: $10–$50 per person to support the Catamount Outdoor Family Center (OFC), the nonprofit that keeps these trails and events rolling.

• Bring a picnic and enjoy the views by the pump track, Lookout, or anywhere in between!

• Intro to MTB Clinic: 2 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

• Group Ride: 12 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

• Group Ride: 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

• Group Ride: 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.

• Forestry Walk with Brandon: Take a hike with county forester Brandon Benedict to see the forest management going on at the Catamount Community Forest. We will stop at locations that have received recent forest management to discuss why this management was done, goals of the management, and expectations of how the forest will respond to this management. We will mainly walk along established trails, but may walk off trail to get a closer look and talk about management.
