WINTER RATES & HOURS
Winter Fun at Catamount Outdoor Family Center
Welcome to winter at Catamount! Our groomed trail network offers cross-country skiing, fat biking, and snowshoeing for all experience levels. Access is available through Day, Seasonal, or Annual Memberships for skiing and biking. Snowshoeing is complimentary, though donations or supporting memberships are always appreciated to help maintain our trails and programs.
Please review our Trail Mantras:
If you are leaving a track, please turn back.
If the ground is fully white, wearing snowshoes is right.
Ski wherever your heart desires, single track is best for snowshoes and tires.
Ski tracks are set to glide, make sure to snowshoe and ride to the side.
For the sake of all trail users please be patient during freeze thaw cycles or during “mud seasons”. Thank you for helping us steward these trails.

Fat Biking
Catamount’s 6 km of groomed fat bike trails (maintained with our SnowDog groomer, thanks to the Richard Tom Foundation) offer varied and exciting terrain. You can also ride our snowshoe-packed trails, but please note that fat bikes are not permitted on ski trails.
Snowshoeing
Discover Catamount at your own pace on our dedicated snowshoe trail network through woods and fields. Snowshoeing is free to enjoy—just remember to stay off ski trails and consider a donation to support trail maintenance.
