SUMMARY:Step into your breath: A walking breath focused event with The Breath and Balance
DESCRIPTION:Your breathing pattern is a habit.  You can train yourself to breathe more efficiently.  As your breathing efficiency improves\, you have more energy to do the activities you love.  Improve your breath and improve your health. Develop your breathing capabilities\, create resilience\, and connect to yourself.  There are many ways to breathe.  If you can breathe with more ease\, it’s easier to do everything. \nIn this 2-hour workshop\, you’ll learn and practice ways to turn your walk into a respiratory strength practice and breathing meditation. You will be walking approximately half the time.   We’ll continuously regroup for short discussions after short walks using different breathing techniques.  Learn more and register here.  \nNicole Carpenter is a certified breathwork instructor\, facilitator\, and coach\, practicing breathwork for 20+ years and teaching since 2022 with The Breath and Balance.  Nicole utilizes an experiential approach\, grounded in the science of efficient\, functional\, and natural breathing.   Nicole is a hiker\, runner\, biker\, walker\, and outdoor enthusiast.
