DESCRIPTION:Thursday Evening MTB Social Ride – Intermediate & AboveJoin us at Catamount every Thursday evening this summer for our volunteer-led guided Social Rides! \nStarting on May 14th \,and running each Thursday (weather dependent) until end of September\, ride through the Catamount Community Forest from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with Catamount OFC community. These rides\, designed for more experienced riders\, are a great way to meet other enthusiast in the community and explore Catamount’s trail network. \nThe Thursday series increases in difficulty each week and then resets at the start of the following month. For these rides\, we will use double-track as well as green\, blue\, and some black single-track trails\, which are more technical and ideal for those who are comfortable on their bikes and a variety of terrain. DESCRIPTION:Your breathing pattern is a habit.  You can train yourself to breathe more efficiently.  As your breathing efficiency improves\, you have more energy to do the activities you love.  Improve your breath and improve your health. Develop your breathing capabilities\, create resilience\, and connect to yourself.  There are many ways to breathe.  If you can breathe with more ease\, it’s easier to do everything. \nIn this 2-hour workshop\, you’ll learn and practice ways to turn your walk into a respiratory strength practice and breathing meditation. You will be walking approximately half the time.   We’ll continuously regroup for short discussions after short walks using different breathing techniques.  Learn more and register here.  \nNicole Carpenter is a certified breathwork instructor\, facilitator\, and coach\, practicing breathwork for 20+ years and teaching since 2022 with The Breath and Balance.  Nicole utilizes an experiential approach\, grounded in the science of efficient\, functional\, and natural breathing.   Nicole is a hiker\, runner\, biker\, walker\, and outdoor enthusiast.

Through games\, skill-building activities\, and trail rides\, riders will develop balance\, braking control\, body position\, and trail awareness. \nBeyond riding skills\, Clovers Roller’s encourages teamwork\, perseverance\, and a love for the outdoors. Coaches foster a positive environment where riders support one another\, challenge themselves\, and celebrate progress along the way. \nParticipants will also learn about trail stewardship and Leave No Trace principles while exploring the beautiful trails of the Catamount Community Forest. \nRiders should be able to pedal independently\, stop using hand brakes\, steer confidently\, and have some experience riding on unpaved paths or gentle terrain. Through games\, skill-building activities\, and trail rides\, riders will develop balance\, braking control\, body position\, and trail awareness. \nBeyond riding skills\, Clovers Roller’s encourages teamwork\, perseverance\, and a love for the outdoors. Coaches foster a positive environment where riders support one another\, challenge themselves\, and celebrate progress along the way. \nParticipants will also learn about trail stewardship and Leave No Trace principles while exploring the beautiful trails of the Catamount Community Forest. \nRiders should be able to pedal independently\, stop using hand brakes\, steer confidently\, and have some experience riding on unpaved paths or gentle terrain. DESCRIPTION:Catamount OFC’s Cycling Club – 2026 Season\n\nGULLY WHUMPERS: For Ages 8-10 \n\n\nDeveloping Riders – Gaining Skills and Confidence \nGully Whumpers is for kids who have some trail experience or are newer riders ready to take their biking to the next level. Participants should be comfortable pedaling on narrow singletrack that have some rocks and roots\, turning on varied terrain\, and riding up and down green-level trails. \nThis group emphasizes skill progression\, exploring different types of terrain\, and building endurance. Participants should be confident on green & blue trails\, and comfortable with moderate climbs\, descents\, and riding for longer durations. \nThis group focuses on more racing and technical riding: cornering technique\, riding at speed\, line choice\, and progression toward jumps\, manuals\, and other trail features\, all based on individual readiness. DESCRIPTION:Join us this year and be part of the longest-running Weekly Race Series in the country! \nThe weekly races at Catamount OFC have a rich history and provide a fun\, relaxed atmosphere for everyone. Whether you’re new to racing or a seasoned pro\, you won’t want to miss the excitement at Catamount. \nOur mission is to promote family and community wellbeing through activity and education in the Catamount Community Forest which is why our race series is participation-based. At the end of the season\, we award sponsor prizes based to the folks with the highest participation counts of the summer. While winning is exciting\, we focus on personal bests and meaningful connections. \nAs in previous years\, we’ll be hosting our Tuesday evening Trail Running Series and Wednesday evening MTB Series from mid-May through early September. SUMMARY:Summer Camps
DESCRIPTION:Catamount  Mountain Bike and Explorers Summer Camps are fun-based and led by experienced coaches and educators on the amazing 393 acre Catamount Community Forest. Our full-day outdoor camps are designed to improve skills while having fun on the trails.  Campers will enjoy a week loaded with exciting outdoor adventure and lots of hands-on learning. \nOur camps promote physical fitness\, personal responsibility and teamwork\, while emphasizing care for the equipment we use and the land on which we live and recreate. Each camp session will include a variety of activities which facilitate a lifelong connection with the outdoors by enabling campers to engage in multiple facets of the outdoor environment. Activities and skills will be tailored for the specific ages of each camp session. \nCheck out our Summer Camp page to learn more and to register.
