*Guest Services & Rental Hub Technicians-

We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to work in our Guest Services and Rental Hub for the upcoming winter season. You will be the first point of contact for visitors coming to Catamount and your interaction will help shape their experience on the trails. Good communication skills are required and previous experience in customer service is preferred. Having a knowledge of the trail system and the activities we offer is important to best serve the needs of our visitors.

Responsibilities include: front line guest service, answering phones & emails, renting equipment, membership sales, processing transactions & cash handling, and clearly communicating trail conditions. Availability to work weekends is required. Full time and part time positions available!
